Insurance & fees
Honest, up-front pricing.
Most clients use insurance. For those who don't, our self-pay rates are listed below. If cost is a concern, please ask — we hold a limited number of sliding-scale spots.
In-network
Accepted insurance plans
We're in-network with the following major insurers. Coverage and copays vary by plan — we recommend confirming benefits directly with your insurer before your first session.

Good Faith Estimate & the No Surprises Act
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduling. If you're paying out of pocket or not using insurance, we'll provide a written estimate at intake. If the final bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you may dispute it. Sliding-scale options
We hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients whose financial situation makes our standard rates inaccessible. Please ask during your consultation — there's no application process beyond a short conversation.
HSA, FSA & superbills
We accept payment from HSA and FSA cards. If you'd like to seek out-of-network reimbursement, we'll provide a monthly superbill with all the information your insurer needs.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Late cancellations and missed sessions are billed at the full session rate, as most insurers do not cover them.
Have a coverage question?
If you're unsure whether your plan is in-network or want to confirm a copay, we're happy to help look into it before your first session.
