About the practice
This Psych was founded on the belief that good therapy is built on a quiet, consistent relationship — not a clinic conveyor belt. Our clinicians keep small caseloads and stay in close coordination with one another so your care feels integrated, not handed off.
We practice from a relational, evidence-based foundation drawing on CBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and family systems — adapted to who you are, not the other way around.
